need unfolded

i got this file from over on the obscurus crusade forum i think chwbcc made it, anyway ive had it for a couple years, its a more feral version of the space wolf captain, i have tried to unfold it but its not working well for me, and its a pretty nice file so i dontwanna wreck it but if i could get someone to unfold it for me i would be forever grateful, heres the file

just post it here when you its unfolded need it in foam and paper please, and im sharing the files for free, just my way on contributing to the group, i dont claim credit for anything associated with this file, im just sharing it down the line and trying to get it unfolded

I'll have a go, but it'll be a few days at the very least. Just coming up to the end of term here in NZ, and lots of distractions...

Eewww, just had a look, it'll have to wait till the holidays. It is completely composed of triangles, not a quad in sight, plus I'll have to flip the mesh. But I'll get to it as soon as I can.

But in the meantime, if anyone else wants to take a crack at it, feel free. Cheers, Phil.

Well, I've started the unfold. I've filled in the eyes and ears to make it easier for slushing in some rondo before glassing the inside. I'll have a look at it again this evening. Phil

Sorry DarkJester, I'm feeling really guilty I haven't finished this yet, but work and live have intervened. I'm about 2/3 of the way through unfolding it, and if you PM me your email address I'll send the file as it is so far. I haven't yet arranged the parts onto the various pages, but that's pretty easy. Must say it has been a pig to unfold, as I don't think there is a single quad anywhere in the whole mesh - all triangles!

yeah its not a very happy file lol, i was thiknking about running it through meshlab and trying to combine the triangles into squares or rectangles, ill pm you my addy shortly, i understand totally how life can get in the way of cosplay thanks for giving it a go, if i can get it "squared" away (lol) ill send you a revamped file
