Need some help with large shoulders.

Hey everyone! I'm trying to make some shoulders for Bloodstone Tarc from League of legends.

For some reason the base is stumping me, and I can't tell if the top piece has a bend downward slightly towards the crystals.

How would I go about making that base? Materials I would be using are Eva foam and Worbla.

Any help would be awesome. Thank you.

I think the top piece is curving downwards toward the crystals, and I would build it by making a quarter of a circle in the eva foam as the base, then add the crystals and edges on top of that.

The shoulder base looks like a tire cut in half. I would get inflatable swim rings, fiberglass them for the base, and foam the spikes.
