Good news everyone!
I've been working on a Darius cosplay, I'm new at prop making but I've managed to do the axe, you can check it out at:

Afterwards I started with the armor, after some research I decided to use foam, as I couldn't find any templates I did them by myself, however as there is not accurate model to follow they are neither wrong or right
That's my work until now:
It is pretty OK, however I'm stuck, I used a very cheap yoga foam (as my budget is very limited) and I'm able to modify it a bit using heat but I would like to find a very cheap and easy way to harden it and make it look more like an armor.
