Need Prop ideas for Mill Work

My buddy just finished setting up his CNC Bridgeport Mill. He is going to run a part for me for R2. But he's asking me what other Prop ideas I have for a mill. I have no clue!

I'm a lightsaber man myself. So everything I'm familiar with is lathe work with some mill work thrown in. Can you guys throw some ideas at me that are mostly made on mill? I do have a small manual lathe that I can turn small parts.

Just looking for ideas guys and any pics with measurements would definately help.

I'm building some Solidworks models for a few Bond props to be done on a CNC mill (with a 48" travel), to bolt onto my BMW:

There's quite a few of the other Bond handheld gadgets that are cake on a CNC mill.

I can also think of a few other handheld bits from various sci-fi shows (the Ghostbusters hardware, Star Trek communicators, etc.) that have a nice slab-sided shape but enough intricate details that doing part or all of the piece in CNC would be worth it.

...Just stock up on chamfer tools and radius end mills to make all of the interesting corner angles and curves.
