Two and an Art seems like plenty to me. If you have too many, the right hand will not know what the left is doing...as has been addressed. Montagar and MFN have lasted a good while, too. There is something to be said for their threshold of pain.

Because Montagar and ManfromNaboo do most of the actual moderating, I leave it to them on what to make their numbers. They are hit the heaviest with the actual tough work. I tend to get a lot of PMs because I am high profile but they are the ones in the trenches.
