I've got one of those double pouches. Found it in a surplus store 5 years ago when assembling my Luke costume. Funny thing is, I had NO IDEA it was the right pouch at the time, just wanted some leather pouches to throw on the belt.
I found one of the "original" Warner and Swassey scope cases/pouches on the bay....i asked the seller for the dimensions...for the record...they are :
"case is 10" high, by 3" wide, 3 1/2" length, lid is 4" wide, 1" high"

The small triangle one is difficult to find, m95 something? I searched for a while before settling on something similar. I am sorry but I do not have the offical pouch names.
I say don't bother making patterns and fashioning your own. Though, awesome work there theyrenotdolls and sithlordharley.:thumbsup If you wait a while and have time to kill looking at leather ammo pouch searches on ebay, you can come up with something very nice and for not much more than you would spend on raw materials. I spent $15 shipped for my swiss ammo pouch, and got 2 of the smaller for $20 IIRC. Sorry, only have the one now.
You can see this alternate triangle pouch certainly gets the job done, and the fact that its already beat really helps add that believeability to your costume.
Well you're certainly doing just fine with what you've got. If you've got some brown paint close to the shade of your vinyl give it a quick dry brush when you are done. Check the hardware stores for wall hangers/saber clips. If they have accessories for toolbelts have a look there too.
Going for the full costume? I was lucky to have that spare clamp and button for the saber, but the rest is made from scrap aluminum. That T track was a found item, brown painted black. You could easily use strips of just about anything.
