Need Info. Biker Scout Armor (WTB)

IÂ’m thinking of getting Imperial Biker Scout Armor. But I have no idea who makes them, have no idea were to start. I have seen some on e-bay but they didnÂ’t look to accurate to me. Any information is greatly appreciated.
