Need Hyperdyne Vortex 2 setup documentation

I can't find the CD with the setup documentation that came with my Vortex 2 voice changer. Is there somebody out there that could email it to me please? I'm trying to get ready for tomorrow and am in a bit of a panic. Thanks,
