Need help with Blade Runner 1982 Fan club kit please.

Hello all, I've been trying for a long time now to recreate the 1982 fan club kit (no way to get a copy here in Europe sadly). I was successful in most of the parts but I'm still looking for a high resolution scan of the 3 folded leaflet named "REPORT, volume 1, number 1". I'm just a humble Blade Runner fan so I don't plan to resell or share ( I'm a long time member here, please feel free to check any bad feedback). My copies are for myself and modified from original to avoid any trickery : first I make them A4 and modify any TM. Please contact me in PM if needed... Here are pictures of what I'm looking for (low resolution sadly, if not I wouldn't bother the community). Thanks in advance for any help or link....

So far I'm still unlucky in my quest : Christmas is coming so that would be a great present to me
Anyway I will fully understand if some money or digital trade is needed here so don't hesitate as I'd really like to end this personal project... PM are welcome!
