Need help with an LAPD ID card.

If anyone can clean this ID card up and insert the name VINCENT HANNA and the serial number 774 in the appropriate areas it would be greatly appreciated.

The card is a little warped and the text and lines are a little faded.vincent hanna id - V1.jpg
