Well the title explain almost everything my problem is that the iron man helmet pep file i used was divided in 3 piece. The jaw the dome and the face plate i glued the jaw to the dome and nkw my helmet is full fiberglassed bondo and ready to paint but while my bondo was curing outside there was (not sure of the word ) a huge wind gust and my helmet falled off my backyard deck right on the brick floor and the joint between the jaw and the dome broke on both side [emoji24] i used super glued to glue it back. Not working as soon as i was lightky holding it between my legs to sand it it broke again . I tried to rondo the joint but its still cracking on the outside so now guys who modelize the iron man helmet you know why a lot off people would like the helmets to be a one piece pep. If we want to do separate parts there is a fantastic tool called dremel. [emoji3] does anyone know a solution to my problem . Until i have enought money to buy silicone wich wont he before august ?

Does it have some kind of cloth on the inside or just paper and filler?

If there's no cloth then I would just add some across the joint. It doesn't have to be fiberglass, it can be any synthetic fabric, like polyester fleece. Just soak it completely through with resin. In a pinch you can just use paper towels, but many layers.

If there's cloth already and it broke, I would do the same but perhaps grind some of it away first if you're worried about it being too thick and interfering with the fit (hard to tell exactly where the break is from that picture).
