Need help to find custom fabric

First time posting here so I'm not sure how or where to ask this but I'm in need of help trying to source a specific type of fabric and I can use all the help I can get.

I have a specific costume I am trying to source which is proving very difficult. I am hoping someone here can point me in the right direction.
I am trying to find a black lycra/spandex/stretch fabric with a specific pattern (see images here) and I am wondering if anyone could help me source the particular fabric. The original plan was to find the patterned fabric as presented in the images but black, however my first attempt at doing this caused the raised pattern to crack and fall off the fabric. The plan now is to go with this same pattern but 2D and adding something to give the same sort of visual effect. It needs to be able to withstand significant movement and be durable long term. This is not a one-wear costume!

I've been searching for a while now and was recently referred to this website to ask for people who "specialize in superhero fabric commission work, usually folks found on the Replica Prop Forum can help you there as they tend to mass produce"

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have had success with some custom fabric printing places, without knowing where you're based it's hard to make specific recommendations (im in the UK and use prinfab usually) but you should be able to find one fairly easily by googling the fabric type and "custom printed"
I would suggest something like this with four tone shapes, just with them spaced out a bit to match the reference pictures, and a couple transparent layers of some textured brushes to give some variance wouldnt hurt
