Need help identifying a patch/logo.

This patch appears on a security guard type movie costume from an unspecified production. Does anyone happen to recognize it?

Don't know but the C at the end reminds me of the Clamp logo from Gremlins 2.

Looks to me like it says "TNC."

Guess so but could also be TZC or TSC

I'm favouring TSC but thats about it. I thought I was pretty good at identifying Scf-Fi patches, but this one has got me stumped. Dammit! I've got three hours before I go to work...so lets see if I can track this puppy down
