Need help finding a voice changer

Looking for a voice changer that I can change the pitch, etc so as to sound more like c3po. It also needs to have a mic and speaker jack already installed.
I know of rom and hyperdyne but both of them don't seem to allow you to customize the sound and I haven't been able to find anything online.

Any help you guys can give me would be great. thanks.
