Need Help/Advice with Kid's Stormtrooper Helmet

I'm appealing to the experts. My 11 y.o. wants to be a sandtrooper this year. I'm okay with with a combination of store-bought and hand-made armor, but I'm stuck for a helmet.
Are there any decent, reasonable options for a kid who is bigger than a toddler, but smaller than an adult?
I don't want to do any heavy fabrication. I've seen some solutions, using a cheap generic space helmet & costume mask combination, but I'm afraid that the space helmet will be too small. Should I look for a Don Post or Rubies? Any other options? Time is running out. Thanks in advance.

The rubies helmets run smaller. I used one for my 10 yr old last year & it looked proportioned enough for his trooper.
