Need flat finish silicone adhesive or caulk?

I need to adhere some hair to a silicone mask. I want the adhesive to be a flat finish. I don't want any shine coming through the hair, making the mask look unnatural.

Are there thinners or flattening agents that I can mix with regular clear silicone caulk to make it flat?
