I sent several emails last week to AMY without any response, and speaking with MR customer service is totally useless, they just foward my messages anyways. I can't believe there's no way to speak to a supervisor or someone in charge by phone.

Not entirely sure, but I think she was involved in the big ToyFair event last week and is probably behind with email replies. You could try to contact her on the MR forums (as already mentioned).
