Need advice on a Jason costume from Friday the 13th part 8

I think it's part 8 anyway. I'm talking about the one where he went to New York. I already have a hockey mask. I'm mainly looking for help on the shirt and pants that he wore. I looked like a blue long sleeved shirt. Does anyone know what they used for the film? what's the closest thing that I can get? Any help that you could provide would be greatly appreciated.

hey there. They used a dark blue dickies shirt and pants. Make sure to weather it as needed and you can use a variety of ways to get the wet look....i had a part 8 costume i wore to meet Kane Hodder a few years back. I didn't get finished with the costume in time, but i wore it anyway...

WalMart has some good shirt and pants combos. Here is a pic of my Part 7 which is a WalMart shirt and pants.

You could go for a navy blue similar to this and weather it a little less than mine since 8 had just a few holes. Also, there is a company called Monster Makers that makes something called Perma wet and you can paint it on the shirt to make it look...er, well perma wet! I've also heard Modge Podge will do the same thing. Hope that helps. Good luck, I had fun dressing as Jason, hope you do too.

i ended up using the Modge Podge to get the wet look that i wanted. I just thinned it with a little water. You can also use regular latex to give it a wet look. You can find Modge Podge at any arts and crafts store...just make sure you get the glossy and not the matte.
