Need advice/help with an acrylic mask project similar to Hannibal Lecter's mask

Hello,

I would like to attempt to make, or commission a fellow board member to help create an acrylic mask. It is from the TV show "Hannibal". It is for my daughter's birthday, she wants to cosplay the character at an upcoming convention.

The mask is a combination of an acrylic mask (vacuforming needed?) and leather work. I have experience with leather work and will have no trouble with that part, but I'm not at all sure with how to approach the mask. I live in a small condo and so can't build my own vacuforming table etc.

Can anyone offer advice on how to proceed?

:)
