A friend of mine lost the stone to his LOTR Aragorn ring and needs a replacement. The maker could not help him at all. Can anyone give me a lin to a possible replacement or have any ideas?

An idea might be to get some pouring resin, which is available at most decent art and crafts stores, and tint it. The resin sets fairly hard and no air bubbles if done correctly. You could cast something spherical and make a mold for it.
