Need a custom patch maker for small quantities

Like the title states. I am looking to have a custom patch made but everyone wants a minimum order of like 100. Any help would be appreciated.

are available for about $450. if you could get
one you could 'roll your own' patches.

Their model SE270D comes with a library of liceneced Disney characters.
(D for Disney) but it is possible with additional software to create and produce you own images.

Has anyone here used one of these? How easy is it to roll your own patches? I was thinking about 60 or so.
