need a acrylic fabricator for a custom trophy

I have a client who wants to produce a custom award out of black acrylic. I've sent estimate requests to 15 different acrylic fabricators and I can't seem to get an estimate out of any of them.

Does anyone know a good acrylic house that might be able to help me?
