I've consumed this whole thread over the past few days and I thought I'd offer an idea outside of the main Dr. Who theme of the thread.
Indy any thoughts on making the tie of Lord John Whorfin/Dr. Emilio Lizardo from "The Adventures of Buckaroo Banzai Across the 8th Dimension"?
I'm not sure what the fan demand would be but either way I think it's a nice tie.

A tie really needs to have mass appeal to be worth doing a run. We've done a few ties as a test and they didn't sell too well, so we're a bit weary of projects like this. Even some of our more "mainstream" selections have sold far less than expected (such as the Stark Monaco Tie, which is one of my favorites!).

I was wearing the Monaco tie today. It always gets compliments.
And then I get home to find a Magnoli War Doctor scarf in the mail. But that's for another thread.
Me too, people LOVE the Stark Tie... we just don't sell that many.
The Swirly Tie is probably our #1 seller, though our Bond Ties probably outsell the Doctor Ties overall.

Is that why you haven't done the Jericho tie from the first Iron Man? I'd love one of those.
Yes, people seem to prefer Tony's gold-and-red suit to the one he wears with neckties...

Any more progress on the Bells/Journey bowtie Indy? Assembling my Eleven cosplay and of course, a good bowtie can make or break a costume!

The Journey Bow Ties are being made right now... probably won't be ready until the end of June at the earliest.

I'll look into it... though if we make it an accurate size, you'd probably only get three or four bow ties in there, max.

If I were to buy a new tie (not saying I will, merely speaking in hypotheticals), it would be the Ducky Tie from 'How I Met Your Mother'.
