heres a 1/4 skull/spine i made for mine, also if you heat the hand with hairdrier, you can reshape it to hold stuff......or clench its fist a little

repainted the skull trophies/spine, added a cable to his cannon/backpack, blooded my skull a little, added leather straps instead of the cheap ones that were on him.. together with this and his added quills, he's comin' to life a bit
