warm with dryer, cut small v shape under knuckle area, bend and glue....I used superglue.......done.....if you accidentally cut of a finger, just drill small holes in both pieces, slide in a short wire and glue it in and fit bits together......you can virtually get the fingers into any pose you need, hope this helps

Heat Gun on low works very well. Better then Hair dryer. Little faster as well. No need to cut figure if use a heat gun....

i found the fingers relax back a little after cooling using that method ice bud...but hey, trial and error
