Good morning,

After much work, trial and error. I am gauging interest in a small run of ten (for now) on the lighter used in the far-too-short-lived NBC Constantine series and subsequent Arrowverse appearances.

These are laser-engraved brass Zorro lighters. I'm doing these with Zorro Lighters for two reasons.
1) These are dimensionally better suited to the design.
2) They are thicker shells, which lend themselves better to Laser engraving, allowing for deeper engraving.
3) When I started making these, I used Zippo and found the quality of the lighters was not consistent and not the quality that Zippo was known for

After much searching seeing replicas selling for anywhere between $300-$500 USD, I'm looking at selling them for $200 USD, $250 with an upgraded insert (pictures to follow.

Gosh they're nice. Interested. Matt Ryan's having a live session next week on his site next week

UPDATE!

The lighters came in, so as promised, here are the photos showing the lighter inserts.

Classic silver is the original, and the Brass is the upgrade.

The upgrade features a different hole pattern on the grill/vent, as well as a spring-loaded ball-bearing lock to prevent the insert from coming out when you use the lighter.

So, here's a bit of an update: All the blank lighters and new inserts have come in!

I am making jigs for the lighters so that they are as consistent as I can make them!

Right now I am waiting for my enclosure to come in so I can get these started and not be breathing atomized Brass!
