I was watching Chuck the other day and was thinking how fun it would be to have a "Buy More" shirt, or even Chuck's ID badge. Very recognizable props and definitely in the cool factor for geeks like me and what do you know...

I've seen those! They look great. I have been wanting to do a Nerd Herd or greenshirt costume for a while just haven't had the chance. I found a photoshop file for the Nerd Herd badge that is pretty close to the original - just need to update the name and paste in the picture and print it out. Easy costumes!

There is a member here who sells Nerd Herd ID badges, and they look 100% to the ones on screen. I got the grey tie from quartermaster, and found the pocket protector online. So far I haven't been able to find the exact style pocket protector they use, but mine is close enough.
