Sprayed a little paint tonight to see where I am at.............Needs more putty! :lol the pix you see are after I sanded and added more putty to the problem areas.

Finished the putty tonoght and did the paint....turned out pretty well I think not perfect but better than the original! LOL
Next week I will add the grey paint and finish up the legs!! ; )

starting to come together now.....the hood really screams Transporter. LOL
the blue strips of tape are my clamps!! LOL

Today I received the grid for the center and the black acrylic center cover...........and what do I find? the Grid is engraved off center! :cryAHhhhhhhhhhh!!!! This is crazy :angry....how hard can it be? any way you can get the Idea, now I am waiting on a replacement grid disk!!! still lots to do in the mean time! LOL :unsure

That's friggin sweet! I'm always impressed by the amount of talent on this board. Great that you took so many in progress shots too. All you need now are some standees of the crew transporting or even a mural of them. Great job!
