A couple of people have been asking about the face shell. It was made by Bob C more than a couple of years back and I doubt he is still making them. He moved on to bigger projects right after all that Spidey stuff. If you do some research you can probably find his contact and ask him yourselves. He is a very busy guy so don't expect an immediate response.

That's actually a pretty good comparison. To me the new suit and mask looks more like the comic Spider-Man (black round eyes, black webs, webshooters, REALISTIC)
