My Small Collection of TV/Movie Replica Props

Hello!

I'd first off like to offer my apologies if I have posted this in the wrong sub-section of this forum, but I thought it was the most fitting.

I've recently fallen in love with Movie and Television show props after watching plenty (never too many) Tested videos. I ended up visiting this forum that is regularly mentioned in their videos - I'm glad I did because I love looking at peoples' creations and collections!

So, with this being my first post I thought I'd show you guys (if anyone's actually interested) my small collection of replica props. 99% of these are from a subscription service, with the Dredd badge being from an online retailer.

I'm currently working on a paper craft (Pepakura) Daft Punk helmet from their Tron era of which is my first paper craft object. I would say I'm thoroughly enjoying myself, by it's taking a crazy amount of time to cut a few pieces of paper out! I don't have all of the tools and materials that everyone else has, but I find relief and my happy place when making it!

I'd also like to thank (cringey, sorry) everyone else who spends time in creating their long-winded posts and creations as I've learned some valuable starting tips for a newbie like myself!

Thanks for taking your time to read!

Dan

welcome to the forum, Flood. dont worry about the size of your collection, everyone starts off small and your collection builds up over time. i have the Dredd badge my self and its a great piece.

i've got a lot of my collection from the sale pages on the forum and you can get cool props for great prices and the free paper props section can help build up your collection for low cost.

when you got your daft punk helmet done, remember to post pics of your build on the forum. we all like to see pics of peoples work.

Sorry for the stupid question, but what is the Free Paper Prop forum? Is it a place for reference material to make my own props?

The section has TWO names. Go to "costumes and props" at the top of the page, and pull down the menu and select "Replica Paper Props".

These are "free" but just for personal use, you can NOT use these to make an object and SELL it.

You should also not put anything there that you did not make yourself.
