My Office/Prop Room/Museum......Pics!!!

Is there something odd about C3Po's underwear, or is the mannequin too short?
Here is the newest member of the SW Museum. Now R2 isn't so lonely. :)

Mannequin is definitely a bit short. just about 2 inches. Shorts are pretty bad. The plating on them sucked and is unfortunately repaired via painting, but that is only the beginning of the issues with the shorts. They are too big and the legs too far apart. I wish I could get the new Moncal shorts as they are in two pieces which make the fitting to a mannequin better. They are also better in the overall shape which makes a ton of difference. I could get these replated, but I'd still hate them knowing what else is out there. Thanks for noticing the crappiest part of my droid man......LOL. :)

3PO definitely needs new shorts. He looks tubby - almost like a toddler in diapers.

Regardless of this minor, minor detail in an otherwise insane collection, your office makes me want to buy...

well, everything. Including a house to put it all in. And a new desk.

rad office! i love the way everything is setup! has to be the best office to work in!

I really like the spacing and the props set up in your office. Overall, it all came together very nice. I am a big scifi and horror fan, so I am putting together a room with a combination of replicas from Time Bandits, Star Wars, Puppet Master, Indiana Jones, and Muppets. I have decided to make wooden crates as pedestals for most of my props, it reminds me of Warehouse 13.

Yeh, I can't help but post again on this thread. This is simply my favourite room of props with regards to the layout and obviously the props themselves....you've got it spot on!!! I could happily spend all day, every day in there.......your room is a great inspiration to me, with my displays.

For someone who only has a passing interest in Star Wars, I do have to say WOW - What a collection! It's the ships and vehicles that really do it for me, though I wouldn't be too adverse to having a Vader, R2 and a C3PO like yours, though in regards to the latter, I do have to agree with Adam that it does look like he's wearing a pair of oversized Granny nickers.

How long has it taken you to make a collection like this? I'm sure many folk here have a touch of the "green eye" when viewing this thread, I know I certainly do. Fantastic job!

this collection began in 1995. It started with a Luke ANH lightsaber.......and boy has it ever evolved. :)
