you can teach him to do the clean up. :lol

The head and the cape can be used as a costume too.

I hope I could finish it before my life finish.

My son just informed me that we should build a General Grievous. He is 7 and doesen't quite understandd why we would not be able to make him walk around. You have a great start. I look forward to future updates.

Thank you. I don't want to disapoint him but I am breaking my head thinking how this thing will stand on his own legs without any help. :D It is so far for walking around. :)

There was a guy, Earl, at C3 who made a full size Grievous. I spoke to him at length about that costume over dinner one night after the con. (he is a friend and co-worker of Gus Lopez)

http://www.boneboy.com/costume/05griev.html

He did a kick-a$$ job building it from scratch. very nice guy, too.

Thank you for your words.
New pics:
Ahhh. without the mask.
dsc026352ip.jpg

The central slot is where the the front mask fits.
I've been working with the neck and laterals. I have to make the line of little "electrical contacts"
Closer...
Don't look at details it needs hours of sand work.
