Can I asked how you went about making these folds? Did you heat bend them into place or simply cut/glue them together this way?

. 1/4 eva foam there come in a package of 6 squares I think they call anty fatigue floor mats got im from sears

its a cut but no complete,from the back draw a line tru the foam a make a triangular cut to fold the piece and glue
