Here's another thread I posted on the Indy forums. Please let me know if this isn't of any interest and I'll stop bothering you with Indy stuff.

Hi gang,

looki what my buddy K gave to me when I met him for 30 sec. on the station of Vejle - Denmark two days ago

Due to the size of the pictures, I thought I'd better link them:

As you can see, I FINALLY(!!!) got a usable sample for the shirt label, so even this project seems to find an end.

Hey Nick! Good to "see" some familiar faces.

Funky Jedi: Are you referring to the shirt, the holster or the gun?

The gun was originally a .44 Magnum Dirty Harry, that I bought from www.modelguns-worldwide.com Kim - my biz partner from Denmark - then cut down the barrel, replaced the front sight, removed the one in the back, filled that area with metal plaster, filed the barrel, modified the frame, filed the hammer, added the lanyard ring, built the wooden grips from scratch, removed the medallions from the original plastic grips, colored them golden, added them to the wooden grips, added the missing rivits and distressed the entire gun to make it look more authentic :confused

On the holster: this was also made by Kim, who's working with leather in the third generation of his family. Every detail - no matter how small - was discussed to death and he / we had a GREAT help from Agent5 with screengras etc. etc. etc. Kim then laser cut a 1/8" thick plastic plate so he could use it as a pattern, chose this color to be the most authentic (once it ages a little) from dozen of samples, order this leather in 1/8" hides, cut it and put it all together in hand, after the logo was added to the belt strap. It fits the N-frame Magnum replica (which is identical in size to the one used in Raiders) perfectly :)

The shirts are some I had made (100 pieces to be exact). Again Agent5 was a great help to get all the details as s.a. as humanly possible (incl. how the bottons should be turned etc.). I hope to receive the labels (you can see a prototype there) within the next week, so they can be sewn in.

Regards,

Marc
