I have founded on internet the pdo file and print on A4 paper 70 gr, I have reproduce on 224 gr paper, and cut all of them !
I didn't have a printer for more 100 gr paper ...

Resin

Fiber glass

and mastic !

Now, the real work begin !

I have purchase my shield too !

I will made the silver color I think, If you have any idea, I'll take it !

My resin became hard very fast, and finally I can't use it easily, I hope the mastic retake all!

I post today my progress on my mask ! after many hour of sanding on the mask to give it the rounded effect
I need to sand it again.
After have receive my first shield, I return it because this shield was very a **** !
So I have take this one

other pics of my shield, is in plastic, i need to make it solid, i think to put fiber and resin on it, but in the plastic i'm afraid, I'm not of the success... do you have any idea?

You probably aren't happy with the result because you need to use body filler to smooth it out. I am not sure what it is where you are but here in the States we call it Bondo typically.

I need to sanded again, I just give the effect of my mask with my Dremel, I didn't have sanded with paper again, that's why is not polished ! Thank you for your advice !
To be honest, I didn't touch my mask since this step, I didn't have the time ...
