It looks like they go up to about 4 and a half grand, depening on what software and accessories you get with them.
For that price it might be better to get a CNC shark which has a larger table and a higher Z axis. But this might be a good choice if area is a concern.

alright, I finally decided on a prop. Tomorrow after work I'm going to stop by his place and see if I can started. I'm going to attempt an ark of the covenant laundry hamper. Let's see what happens, but everyone should lower their expectations.

I would do a 3D, topographical Middle Earth map. And if you do it in sections, you could make it huge :cool.
