Very cool Any tuts or tips on this? I'm wanting to build a Qui-gon Myself.

I made mine out of turned and milled aluminum, but I'm told you could also use delrin, but you still have to turn it. The sleeve can be aluminum. It is not the easiest to make, especially the grooves. Good luck.
