My Commander Keller Helmet

I am still pretty new at all this costuming stuff but I am trying to make it looks as good as I can.
I am working on the entire costume and will have it done within the next week or so. I will post more once done

Here shots of the finished helmet ( I know, the grey is missing, but it will be under a cloak so no one will notice )

one question - where did you get your lense material?. im after some mirrored lenses for my Blackhole Trooper costume.

It is a football eyeshield. Just go to the great auction site and search for "Mirrored Football Eyeshield "
The eyeshield is really nice and not too flemsy as some chrome films are.

Awesome work :thumbsup I presume it is fiberglass? I like the mirror lens too. I've comtemplated using motorcycle visors from Dennis Kirk for "specialty" buckets. They have just about every color possible.

The helmet is not fiberglass, It looks like it is just plastic?

I will paint the grey CMAnavy... no worries, However I will not saw off the front because Keller's helmet is not suppose to be flat. This I have from the comic artist himself.
