Are you wearing muscle padding underneath? How did you go about making that?
I'm working on Man of Steel Superman right now, and I think it'd be helpful.

Yes, I'm wearing a muscle "shirt"..........You can always buy one from Flex Design if you've got STUPID money to blow but the one I'm wearing here, I made for around $50.00 by modifying a mass produced "Winter Soldier" muscle costume.. Was pretty easy to do.
