I'm glad to see some places still let kids wear scary Halloween costumes. Everyone in the US are so worried about offending someone, that a lot of them won't let kids wear scary costumes. No witches, devils, vampires, etc. Its gotten ridiculous. Hell, most of them can't even call it Halloween- its a Fall Festival.
