Muscle-suit Deadpool

Im curious how to do something similar to this suit. I looks like one of the suits from flexdesigncostumes.com. But my question is, how to get the color on the suit. I doesnt look like a lycra suit over a muscle suit, but rather its been painted on the muscle suit. Thanks

Nowadays this company paint them for you on request if you buy them there.

I dont know much about airbrushing, but I was wondering if there was special paint to use. And, I've read you have to heat set lycra after airbrushing, which is done by turning it inside out and ironing it, so how would you do that on a muscle-suit.

If the flexdesign will custom paint it that would be awesome. I havent reached out to them yet, if I start this project, it probably wont be until tax return time.
