Mr. Morden was an agent of the Shadows during the Shadow War story arc of Babylon 5. He ensnared Londo Molari by orchestrating events in Londo's favor so Londo could achieve political favor and eventually power.

Mr Morden was a fantastic character, I really liked the way Ed Wasser played him.
