I recently aquired a Mr Master replicas USS Enterprise model and I am not getting power from the base stand tube to the ship. I think there is something missing to make this connection. I found a small metal tube in the box which I believe might be part of it, but not sure. Can someone give me the connection details for this model and maybe a picture. Thanks, Mike

Call Factory Entertainment who bought out Master Replicas and ask to speak to Barry. He knows a lot about the MR Enterprises. The number is 925-270-3739.

I don't know your circumstance, but if you purchased recently you should be able to return for a refund; especially if paid by credit card. Unless you got such a deal.

Thanks, I will try calling him.

The stand should have a jack plug at the top of it. This is what is used for the connector. I remember reading about a year or 2 ago about someone who had a similar problem. What had happened to their model was that the connector inside the model had become detached inside so wasn't making a connection.

Thanks everyone, I figured out how to repair my connector. It uses a phono jack that has to be punched out of the stand tube a nd a new one inserted. If anyone has a broken connector you can e-mail me @murphymrm@aol.com and I can guide you through it.
