And, if offered an emitter with the 2 upper chromed knobs in addition which I miss from my MR ESB.

Yep, Roman count me in. I'm actually employed now, so I can't miss this!

When you say non-functional, what does that mean? Will the socket/bulb release still have springs in them?

anyway, yea, shut up and take my money, this is phenomenal, I'll pre-order the minute I can.
