The one pictured is the one that came with it. But, I do have one of Roy’s I’m holding for someone and no, it does not.

Ohhhh you stripped the paint off, any tricks to get the paint off?

Weren’t the silver sidebars supposed to be rectangular instead of trapezoidal like the black ones?

Got mine in and they really do look beautiful. Only qualms are the knurled knobs on both of mine are bent slightly, and im concerned about the tube hole layout
Can anyone with a real MPP with the correct large “B” hole confirm there are two large holes in the tube under the button section? Ive only ever seen them with one. Hoping this isnt one of the built in “tells” as it would make this useless for Boba Blasters if thats the case. Can confirm the tubes are serialized “1138” under the shroud

I can’t take a picture at the moment, but there are two holes under it. The front/top one looks correct, but I remember the back/lower one being a smaller post hole with the spring sitting on top of the tube, around the post.

Pictures tomorrow to verify.

Many thanks teecrolz!

Originally, I was just going to make only silver trapezoid bars. No black bars at all. Then all the requests came in and I decided to do both silver & black (trapazoid). Then... teecrooz started whispering about his rectangle bars. :lol I got measurements from him, sent them to the shop and waited for samples.

Eventually samples of this that and the other came in, and I didn't follow up on the new silver bars. It was only until the extras arrived that I spoke with the shop and it seemed there was miscommunication from the get-go.

Long story short, silver & black bars were die-cast the same as originally planned.

Thanks for the detailed explanation. They look great.
Looking forward to getting mine!

Can't wait. I hate you guys. :p

Is it just me or is the Microflash nameplate is off in these pics? I wasn't sure if it was included on the replica or not.

Ok, took a picture for you and talked to Roman!

My real flashes have a smaller hole under the black button. It is a post hole. Around the post is the spring which sits on top of the flash for compression.

How did this happen? Well, I loaned Roman one of my real flashes. It was used for external dimensions and esthetics only. He had a Larbel on hand for disassembly. Unfortunately, the Larbel has a large hole under the black button. I believe this was for use with his plasma blade series which also had removable emitter details (now called blade plugs, and yes, there used to be real plasma blades and not just EL or LED). I have a Larbel here and confirmed the large hole on mine.

Unfortuantely, this is not good news for those that bought one with the intent of making a Boba Fett blaster. It is good news for FX guys, because there is a large hole for an activation button.
