Moving Angel Wings Help

Hi I'm trying to work on creating moving angel wings for an angel costume from x-men 3. Does anyone know of a good tutorial or place to learn how to make some.

I found a video of a guy that made some but he doesn't explain how he did it.

Okay thought long and hard about this one, then it started to rain grabbed my umbrella and bam it hit me, take a look at the structure of a collapsible umbrella, take one apart if you to but the shape and function of the umbrella piece, should work as the skeleton for your winds.

Don't use the piece from the umbrella itself take you measurements, and build one to scale using rods or pvc pipe. since i don't know what you plan on making it out of.
