The only movie I remember actually crying at was ET, but I was 11 and saw it the same day my dad said his final goodbye (he passed the next morning).
I did tear up a bit while consoling my daughter the first time she saw kick ass, Big Daddy's death scene put her into full on sobbing, like stop the movie and give it a few minutes.

A Korean romantic comedy called, "My Sassy Girl" (2001)
(NOT the western 2008 remake)
Despite the crappy title it's actually a good film and the payoffs are very late in the movie.
Like the last shot of Shawshank Redemption the ending hit me unexpectedly.

Most recently, "Once Upon a Time... in Hollywood". It didn't hit me that hard til the 2nd or 3rd time I saw it, but, when the madness is over; "Hello? I'm Jay Sebring".- seriously chokes me up. Then again when Sharon's voice comes over the intercom. It's a gut-punch. You wish it could have happened that way. It's a reminder of the horrible and senseless way those people had their lives stolen from them.
I remember my mom crying watching certain movies and at times even my dad and I never fully understood it as a young kid. The first film that comes to mind where I legitimately cried and I finally got it was My Girl. I saw it twice in the theater and bawled both times.
