MORE showing off: TOS galactica additions

I posted a bunch of shots a few weeks ago of my TOS Galactica collection.

I got a few more pieces finished and gathered s here are the new shots!

Just in: My chromed-up Baltar Flight Helmet, a finished set of the 4 canon battlestar patches (Atlantia, Galactica, Pegasus, and "Martin's battlestar" from Lost Warrior), Starbuck's Starchaser helmet from Long Patrol, and a couple shots of the laser bolos.

Yup. i don't have actual model numbers of the faucet handles they used, but these are awfully close according to what I could glean from the episodes.

I put rare earth magnets in them to hold them together.

And here's a shot of my shuttle and SS viper (with Boomer pilot!)

nope. the Shuttle is the SMT kit and the Viper is probably a recast from the Icons version? I'm not too sure of pedigree on that.

What is the circular pin you have over the Martin/Battlestar Acropolis patch? It looks different from the others and I can't make it out. Was that the kind of pin that was used on Martin's battle jacket from "The Lost Warrior"? Any close-ups available for that pin?

Also, is the Recon Viper helmet the original, or one of your repops? If it is one of your repops, fantastic! Where did you find the badge up top? Has its origin been identified? The symbol in the center looks slightly different from what I thought it would be watching the show and doing some screen-caps on it.

The laser bolos look like American Standard faucet handles to me, but there are TONS of companies out there that make universal spline replicas of this type of handle.

For a better 'handle' on which model, contact Joe Kump at Niagara Plumbing in Garden Grove Ca...http://www.yellowpages.com/info-LMS53603876/Niagara-Plumbing?from=qpibp . He's been in the same location for forty years, and knows somethin' about somethin' regarding obscure plumbing parts. The guy even wears his moustache and hair like Einstein to cultivate his image as a genuis.

If this comes across as a plug, far from it... Joe just knows his stuff.
