AS IS Agreement
I as the Buyer acknowledge and understand the following terms of my purchase:
This lasersword is considered a " shelf queen " and not for heavy dueling or even light dueling. Buyer duels with this lasersword at their own risk.
This lasersword is considered hand-made and not considered of mass production. There can be imperfections.
A. The proffie board is prone to glitches " bugs " in its programming which may or may not have been eliminated when the operating system was installed on the board from the time the board was manufactured to the time the board was installed. The Proffie v2.2 may exhibit these examples from time to time.
B. The battery(s) is not fully charged or may no longer be holding a charge. This can cause the lasersword not to operate normally. Also the buyer could put the battery in upside down or reverse the poles as some would say.
C. The parts within the lasersword may be disconnected. The chassis itself could be positioned incorrectly at the time of kill switch activation. This can cause the lasersword not to turn on. Always wait to make sure the chassis is fully lined up and tightly in place before switching the kill switch on. This can also be applied to the grenade section and or the blade. If parts are not making contact, they could potentially not operate properly.
Buyer agrees to attempt to troubleshoot. In the event the kill switch gets flipped on and nothing happens, immediately flip it off. ( Down ). Check the battery polarity. That the positive and negative are where they need to be. Repositioning of the chassis may be needed. Take it out completely, then carefully slide it back in.
Seller is not responsible for faulty electronics.
Seller is not responsible if buyer damages the lasersword.
Seller is not responsible for replacing parts if buyer causes damage and needs repair.
Seller is not responsible if the speaker becomes blown.
