Modern Nova armor build - wip : was a foam build, now 3D printed

Here is some wip of the Modern Nova armor pieces.

Some reference pics : my Nova helmet and the armor pieces.



Initially, i started the armor pieces with eva foam and bondo.





But then i thought this would be a good opportunity to practice my cad modeling and 3D printing skills.
So:



Not without some misshapes. Mostly scaling issues.




But, its a good learning process.
Here i realized the shape of the chest armor has been wrong
and reworked the model.

Its just a Ultimaker clone from china. Its ok.

Only the star crest and some armor pieces arei 3d printed.
It's still being worked on. Not fitting properly still.
